Returns

You can return your Tampon Case within 14 days of receipt.

For a successful return, you must adhere to the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• The item must be returned in the original packaging.
• Items must not show visible signs of use.

Steps for the returns process:

1. Place the item in the original packaging and ensure it is securely closed.
2. Attach the return label, which you receive via our return portal, to the packaging.
3. Take the package to the relevant post office.

The return costs are at the customer's own expense.

We will ensure that you receive your refund within 5 working days of receiving your returned items.
